We do our best to standardize posting and packaging. Some items (e.g. the Branded Customer Service Tool-Kit, or single book orders) are a standard shipping size.  For other circumstances, we use our judgment to bundle your total order into the most cost-effective shipping package.

The Online Order Process

• Once you have selected your products, and provided us with your billing and shipping details, we will send you a confirmation email with the exact costs of your order, including shipping costs, as determined by the shipping speed you selected during your order.
• On your acceptance of the final order details, we will process payment.
• The order will be shipped to the shipping address supplied.
• Simultaneously, you will receive confirmation from us that the order has been dispatched, along with the UPS tracking number (if applicable) for your records.
